Recently, Hunan Shiyou Technology Service Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shiyou Electric, officially obtained CNAS accreditation and announced that Shiyou Technology Service has obtained both CMA and CNAS qualifications, and has entered the first tier of inspection, testing and certification institutions in Hunan Province.
In September 2020, Shiyoukefu has successfully obtained the qualification certification for inspection and testing institutions issued by the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (certificate number 201821342039), indicating that the company has met the requirements of RB/T214-2017 "General Requirements for Evaluation of Inspection and Testing Institution Qualification Certification Capability" in terms of technical capabilities and quality management.
CMA (China Metrology Certification) is a comprehensive certification and evaluation of the testing capabilities and reliability of testing institutions conducted by the metrological administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the provincial level in accordance with the provisions of the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China. Testing institutions that have obtained CMA certification are allowed to use the CMA mark on their inspection reports; Inspection reports marked with CMA can be used for product quality evaluation, results, and judicial appraisal, with social proof and legal effect.
At the same time as obtaining CMA certification, World Health Service launched the CNAS qualification application. With the strong support of the company's senior management and the joint efforts of all World Health personnel, in just six months, World Health Service officially obtained the recognition of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and made it public.
By obtaining CNAS certification, the company has achieved CNAS-CL01:2018 "Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence" in terms of technical capabilities and quality management CNAS-CL01-A003： The requirements of relevant guidelines such as the 2019 "Application Instructions for the Accreditation Criteria of Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Field of Electrical Testing" and CNAS-CL01-A008:2018 "Application Instructions for the Accreditation Criteria of Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Field of Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing".
